I am a passionate change manager interested in digital, innovation and transformation challenges. 

- Change delivery record across diverse industries - I have a proven record in delivering strategic and innovative business and technology change management. My 10+ years of professional change management experience spans across Financial Services, Insurance, Management Consulting, Airline, International Outsourcing Services, Startup Industry, Federal Government and Defence Military. In addition to consulting and working in-house for national and international companies, I have contracted independently and have worked on solving challenges for global organisations such as with those from the UK regarding multi-country transformation consultancy initiatives to deliver in agile. 

- Change innovation and global thought leadership - I completed a Doctorate business degree with USA academic commendation in business and change management and have published articles with global startup internet business ‘M6.net’. I am the founder of startup business ‘Digital Playlab’ (ABN 726 126 804 12) leading a team of digital consultants, and have used my business entrepreneur and change skills to consult in digital and technology projects across Australia and Hong Kong projects as well as being invited to present at the International Banking Mobile Wallet Conference in Indonesia on digital change. I have travelled to the USA and Canada to collaborate with startups to innovate and test-learn and share. 

- Change consulting and international minded - I can speak and have studied four languages as well as Middle Eastern linguistics and have provided change consultancy for not-for-profit organisations in Asia, including the United Nations (UN) Women Association. I have worked with Australian not-for-profits and as a career mentor supporting ANZ Bank’s workplace disability awareness program. I thrive on using change management and leading to ‘innovate, engage and deliver’.
