I'm an experienced coach, consultant and speaker in the areas of managing change and transition, organisational change management, leadership and communication.

With over 20 years experience in corporate and government organisations in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Japan, Singapore and the UK, I have worked for a range of well-known organisations in a variety of industries including confectionery and beverages manufacture, banking, fast moving consumer goods, apparel, telecommunications, printing and publishing, health insurance, healthcare, automotive, defence and aviation electronics, heavy engineering, airframe manufacture, airlines, government and professional services.

Nowadays I bring my depth of professional experience to provide:

* Experiential learning in personal change and change leadership for teams and individuals
* Keynote or topic-specific speaking at events, forums and workshops.

Through my business Firehorse Equine Facilitated Learning, I partner with horses to teach advanced leadership, communication, emotional intelligence and change skills to individuals and groups. These experiences not only provide in-the-moment feedback to participants, but also enable people to increase self-awareness, build emotional fitness, become more flexible communicators, build leadership capability and create effective teamwork and collaboration.
