Cliff Magon

Cliff is an innovative development consultant and entrepreneur who has worked as a military officer, educator, corporate training manager, and learning facilitator.

His mission is to develop the next wave of tech-enabled leaders & innovators so they can help build organisations that impact the world.

Cliff is part of the global entrepreneur movement and a purpose-driven network of business leaders. He believes that the provision of decent work and work conditions for people is a critical first-step towards addressing the global issues plaguing our world today. 

He is an advocate for workplaces that boast a dynamic learning culture as well as next-generation education models that prioritize transferable skills and curious mindsets, learning networks, relationships with industry, developmental experiences, and STEM-based innovation.

Cliff's formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Studies, a Graduate Diploma of Teaching, and Certificates in Health & Safety and Workplace Literacy. He is currently completing a Nano-degree in Programming, is a member of New Zealand's Association for Training and Development.
