• Retail Transformation: Including refurbishment of retail branch network and ANZ's flagship 'concept branch.' Transformation stream lead for Change Management. 
• Implementation of SAP across warehousing and manufacturing functions for CCA: Responsible for training co-ordination and delivery & post deployment support at 2 sites.  
• Delivery of ‘ANZ Live’: Successfully implemented cloud based CRM solution in a risk averse and resistant environment.
