I have particular skills in developing effective project engagement and communication processes with and between leadership teams and impacted personnel.

With academic and practical experience in designing and using organisational change methodologies my practical experience means I have been instrumental in developing programme course corrections and building more effective governance structures and processes.

Most, but not all of my experience has been as the change lead within large IT programmes.
