Nikki started her career with NAB in the Consumer Contact Centre as a Servicing Banker assisting customers with their banking needs; anything from a credit card balance to a term deposit complaint. Quickly identifying areas for development, Nikki moved rapidly throughout her role and soon took up the positions as Trainer and People Leader for new staff.
After her role as a People Leader, Nikki’s next step was into the world of change and implementation, joining the Consumer Contact Centre's Implementation team as an associate and rapidly progressing into a Lead role. In this role she ensured the successful implementation of change into both the Business and Consumer Contact Centers, incorporating ~1,800 staff across three sites.
Recently, Nikki has focused her people leadership, consumer product knowledge and change management skills in the centralised change team, working as a Senior Analyst in the BACS P&M stream.
