Jessica Manton

I’m a results oriented, energetic change manager who is equally comfortable working at the hands on and strategic level.  With a strong focus on people my problem-solving and communication skills allow me to develop durable relationships and consult and negotiate effectively, leading to successful outcomes.  Throughout my career, I have worked on projects across various a wide range of business areas - including property, call centres, operations, retail services including bank branches and shop fronts, social media and communications.

My work involves working with people implementing new ways of working, new technology, systems and processes.

I love to learn and value honesty, authenticity and curiosity. I work well across all levels in an organisation and can get along with anyone.
