Michelle Meads

Michelle works as a Change & Embedding Manager in the Commercial & Agri division of ANZ in Wellington, NZ. Change management, HR, people management and organisational design are her areas of speciality and Michelle has worked on a number of key projects across the ANZ geographies.

Passionate about building change capability and organisational change maturity, Michelle is always open to sharing ideas and thinking outside the square.

Prior to joining ANZ Michelle worked as a senior manager and change consultant in the health sector - an area that she still maintains a strong interest in.

Certified Prosci Practitioner.
