I have been involved with workplace change initiatives for over 10 years, working at the individual, team and enterprise level for organisations like Toyota, Department of Justice and Monash University and in agile and lean environments. I am cross skilled with a deep knowledge of change topped with comms skills in addition to executive and workplace coaching, career development and counselling skills and training including designing and facilitating workshops. Having worked on digital and cultural changes, employee experience, acquisitions / divestments and restructures I have coached individuals through it, identified the impacts to employees and created positive transitioning experiences as well as sustained change.
Experienced across the employee life cycle from study options to seeking work, onboarding to employee and leadership development, returning to the workforce (eg. parental, workcover or career breaks), right through to retirement and offboarding and even during a crisis eg. Covid 19. I use a variety of change management methodologies and tools and design thinking including empathy mapping and employee journeys and have an understanding of working in agile and lean environments. Executive coaching and career transition gives me an appreciation and understanding for the future of work and how the impact of this is being felt on the ground.
Change mantras that I stand by are: we are all responsible for the change, bring the people on a journey, make decisions based on data and to make change successful you need to win mindsets. I enjoy contributing to meaningful change, not just documenting it.
I am committed to leaving individuals, teams and organisations in a better state and am passionate about positive and healthy workplaces.
