A certified Change Management professional with 18 years’ experience in business and technology transformation. I have supported organisations during discovery and business case shaping, strategic alignment, initiative planning, impact assessment, intervention design, delivery and support. 

I am passionate about engaging and leading people through transformation across the business value chain, building and imbedding the capabilities needed for teams to usher in change that is human-centred and responsive to the cadence of agile and hybrid project environments. 

I also love art, painting, drawing and being father to my two boys.
